Summary

A leading multinational in the electronics manufacturing sector (EMS) is seeking Master's or Bachelor's students with a strong command of English, to join its Young Talent Program. Selected candidates will be involved in a project that combines hands-on company internships with primarily practical training, focusing on professional and business competencies in international settings. The internships will take place in the Process Engineering department, and the ideal candidate would be an engineer with a background in electronics or mechanics, aiming to enhance their theoretical and practical knowledge within a plant team.

Training and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the engineering team, the main activities will include:

  • Editing work instructions

  • Providing support to the production line (process modifications and criteria interpretation)

  • Assisting in defining equipment/project requirements and their development

  • Supporting production startups and prototypes

  • Designing, managing, and receiving tooling

  • Proposing and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives

  • Participating in Kaizen activities and Value Stream Mapping

  • Implementing and auditing 5S methodologies

  • Supporting CAPA processes

  • Preparing technical presentations and studies.
