Philips Field Service Technician in Valencia, Spain

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide technical support & will work on the customer premises including: installations, maintenance & reparation.

The location is Elche or within commutable distance.

You are responsible for

  • Identify stakeholders in other departments, outside radiology, to establish a cooperative interaction.

  • Interactions with different hospital departments to understand workflows and help in order to fit the customer needs.

  • Deliver remote and on-site support of the customer, on-site coverage & technical assistance

  • Provide vital link in the escalation process to Remote Support Centre (RSC), maintaining problem ownership

  • Update technically documentation concerning sites

  • Set the highest standards for customer communication and documentation/ paperwork/ reports

  • Actively adhere to company Working Practices and Health & Safety guidelines

You are a part of

Healthcare Information Systems (HCIS) Incident Support team which provides post-installation remote and on-site technical support to Customers using HCIS solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Experience with PACS and/or RIS Health products desirable

  • Technical background, University degree will be valued

  • Basic experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Unix & Windows

  • Experience of working remotely supporting Software

  • Language skills: Native Spanish, Advanced English

  • Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
