Insight Global Sr. Quality Manager in Valencia, California

Job Description

A client in the Medical Device space is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager to oversee a team of Senior + Principal Engineers supporting Risk Management, Design Assurance, and Reliability within their Neuromodulation division. This resource will collaborate across the business to drive compliance and improvement within the Quality System. The Sr. Quality Manager will be responsible for managing Quality efforts across both New Product Development and Sustaining/Post Market Support. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Design Assurance, Design Controls, and Risk Assessment best practices with experience in the Medical Device field. The client is seeking a resource who can not only maintain their current Quality System in compliance with all applicable client + international regulations, but also make suggestions to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree or higher in a related discipline

 7+ years of Quality Design + Engineering experience

 3+ years of Leadership experience managing technical teams

 Experience working within a highly regulated industry

o Medical Device experience strongly preferred

 Design Controls/ Design Assurance experience Medical Device experience or MedTech/Pharma background

 Advanced degree in related field

 Experience working in compliance with TUV, BSI, FDA, etc. null
