SOS International LLC Configuration/Change Manager (CCM) in USAG Humphreys, Korea, South Korea

Overview

This position is contingent upon award of contract

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Configuration/Change Manager (CCM) to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.

Essential Job Duties

  • Tracking, logging, categorizing, and maintaining changes made against the accepted customer baseline(s) standards.

  • Develops, distributes, and tracks all change packages resulting from approved Configuration Control Board action.

  • Trains personnel by conducting workshops and seminars on the proper methodology to maintain a proactive CM program.

  • Provides daily support and direction to staff as to change status requirements, deadlines, and problems.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in scope DoD Secret clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or an IT related discipline.

  • 10 years of hands-on experience in IT service-related contracts, five of which in Configuration Management.

  • IAT Level II certification.

Work Environment

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
