Summary of Role:In this role you will be coordinating organizational change management across various projects within our business. Your role will especially focus on HR transformation projects, HR programs.
Essential Responsibilities:
Applying a systematic approach to help individuals and teams impacted by change by building support, addressing resistance and identifying required solutions to enhance adoption
Identifying the different roles for implementing change like sponsors, stakeholders, leader, agents
Build frameworks for implementation of programs.
Applications to analyze, plan or measure change<
> Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
Other Responsibilities:
Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools. Strong stakeholder management skills.
Should be a Team player & able to collaborate with others
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, such as business, business administration, human resources, or organizational psychology
Experience – 8-10 years previous experience in change management or similar positions
Experience and knowledge of project management best practice.
Sound understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Able to cope with pressure.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in a business-related field, such as business, business administration, human resources, or organizational psychology
Experience in the semiconductor industry
Expected Salary Range
$95,200.00 - $202,800.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
