We are currently looking for an Integrity Management Specialist I/ II/ III for our Owensboro, KY or Houston, TX office.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for complying with various 49 CFR 192 and 49 CFR 195 requirements with a specific focus on integrity management. The responsibilities of this position may include:

  • Participation in various State and PHMSA inspections.

  • Participation in internal audits.

  • Performing data gathering, validation, and analysis to support compliance with various integrity management requirements:

  • Covered Segment review.

  • Threat determination and risk evaluation.

  • Baseline and Reassessment Plan (BARP).

  • Preventive & Mitigative Measures (P&MM).

  • SME training to other departments.

  • Incident and Leak review.

  • Performance Measures.

  • Management of Change.

  • Reviewing and revising Boardwalk’s Integrity Management Plan (IMP).

    REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to read, understand, and apply directions, policies, procedures, guidelines, requirements, and regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Well-organized individual with a high degree of initiative and motivation.

  • Proficient with computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Willing and able to travel up to 10% of time.

    PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of work experience in natural gas or hazardous liquids industry.

  • Working knowledge of pipeline regulations (49 CFR Part 192 and 49 CFR Part 195) and industry standards such as ASME B31.8S.

  • Pipeline integrity management knowledge and work experience.

  • Experience with PowerBI.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Associate Degree

    PREFERRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors Degree from college or university
