ImpactLife provides lifesaving blood products to more than 120 hospitals and emergency medical service providers in a four-state region. In 2024, we celebrate 50 Years of Saving Lives. Over the years, we've grown and merged across the Midwest from small, independent, community nonprofits to evolve into ImpactLife. We are still an independent, community nonprofit, only we are not so small. Today, our team is 800+ strong across four states. We are headquartered in Davenport, Iowa and have distribution hubs and donor centers in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Every year we team up with thousands of blood donors and hundreds of community partners to help save lives through blood drives.

ImpactLife is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for the development, execution, and analysis of digital marketing initiatives. The work includes integrating digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels.

Digital Marketing Strategist responsibilities include:

· Digital marketing strategy : developing online marketing strategies that utilize all tools and channels, including analytics, social media (https://www.getsmarter.com/products/uct-social-media-marketing-online-short-course) and paid media; investigating the campaigns of competitors and understanding best practice to inform online marketing benchmarks; and identifying opportunities to use digital technology to enhance the overall marketing strategy · SEO (https://www.getsmarter.com/products/uct-search-engine-optimisation-seo-online-short-course) : analyzing web traffic and identifying opportunities for improved SEO; driving more traffic to our website and impacting our online business presence by assisting with creating SEO-optimized content; and managing inbound marketing, PPC, AdWords, and SEO strategies · Brand management (https://www.getsmarter.com/products/uct-brand-management-online-short-course) : implementing various frameworks available for building brand equity and value, continually assessing the alignment of a brand to the organization’s strategic objectives, and recognizing which digital marketing communication tools will be most effective in portraying a unique value proposition for our brand

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

  • Must be Google Data Analytics Certified, Google Ads Certified (including Measurement, Search, Display and Video Certified) and Hubspot Digital Marketing Certified

  • Strong knowledge of SEO.

  • Strong knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations, communications or related field is preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of demonstrated work experience and education may be considered.

  • This is a work from home position but must live within service territory and have ability to work in assigned office on occasion and/or travel to Davenport, Iowa for training.
