As a Dental Partnership Manager , you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expansion in the dynamic clear aligner industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth through proactive outbound sales efforts. You will collaborate closely with General Practitioner Dentists and their teams through both virtual and in-person engagement to develop customized revenue and patient growth strategies, positioning our clear aligner solutions as the go-to choice for dental practices. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business and make a significant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients: Use various channels such as in-person visits to dental practices, networking events, dental conferences, cold contacting via phone and email, referrals, and online research.

  • Network Building: Collaborate cross-departmentally with other departments to identify potential leads and referral opportunities, leveraging their existing networks and expertise.

  • In-Person Visits and Dental Conferences: Leverage face-to-face interactions during visits to dental practices and attendance at dental conferences to establish relationships, demonstrate our program's value, and generate leads.

  • Cold Contacting and Cold Emailing: Make initial contact with potential leads through cold calls and cold emails to introduce our program and schedule meetings.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and the competitive landscape to identify potential clients.

  • Data-Driven Targeting: Use data and analytics to target high-potential leads and refine outreach strategies.

  • Attend dental association events to help understand the trends and challenges a state may be facing.

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong provider relationships: Regularly engage potential and existing clients to understand their needs, challenges, and how Byte & Dentsply Sirona’s products and services can benefit them.

  • Nurture new and existing relationships through on-site visits, virtual visits, conferences, trainings and other events.

  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams: Work together to create and implement outbound sales strategies and campaigns that effectively target potential dentist recruits.

  • Field Feedback: Provide feedback from outbound sales efforts to marketing and product teams to refine messaging and materials.

Proposal Development:

  • Customize and present compelling proposals and presentations: Tailor proposals to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings.

  • In-Person and Video Conference Presentations: Conduct face-to-face and Video Conference meetings and presentations to potential clients to personally convey the benefits of Byte & Dentsply Sirona’s Products & Services.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations: Take charge of the negotiation process, working to overcome objections and address concerns to close deals.

  • Legal Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team to ensure all terms and conditions are met and compliant with company policies.

  • Leadership Collaboration: Engage sales leadership to assist in building value to prospective partners.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline: Track all leads, prospects, and deals in the sales pipeline, regularly updating their status.

  • CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to document interactions and progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams: Ensure smooth client onboarding and high satisfaction levels.

  • Feedback Integration: Provide insights and feedback from outbound sales activities to help improve products and customer experience.

Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets: Create action plans based on sales goals and proactively seek new business opportunities.

  • Goal-Oriented Sales: Focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets through consistent outbound efforts.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify opportunities to expand into new markets or sectors: Conduct research to find untapped markets and develop strategies to enter these areas.

  • Exploratory Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients in new markets to assess interest and feasibility.

Conference Attendance:

  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events: Network with potential clients, gather market intelligence, and promote our program.

  • Event Participation: Attend relevant conferences to expand professional network and identify new business opportunities.

  • Performs Other Related Duties:

  • Including special projects as assigned: Participate in various initiatives that support overall business goals and growth objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required

  • 2+ Years in outside (B2B) sales experience or equivalent experience in tele dentistry required

  • Medical/Dental Industry experience preferred

  • 2+ Years in Account Management required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

  • Contact Management Systems

The base salary and target annual incentive for this remote role is between $60 - $100k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
