Manager /Senior Manager Marketing, Dietary Supplements Premix

Your key responsibilities

• Lead a highly ambitious agenda to grow Dietary Supplement Premix disproportionally (2 digit) in the next several years, closely monitoring and communicating key pipeline metrics to grow and convert premix projects

• Support regions/Global Key Account team to localize global strategies and initiatives, plus making sure there’s clean and timely execution and reporting.

• Be a visionary and go beyond the verbalized needs of the organization, anticipating market trends, competitive moves, and ways to grow the Premix business aggressively.

• Work closely with Manufacturing & Technology, Global Premix and Innovation Teams to manage and build ‘Advanced Powder Technology’ and other innovation projects that support premix growth in Dietary Supplements.

• Support deployment of strategic marketing toolbox within the regions, tailoring/regionalizing as necessary

• Build and utilize effective content and training to support growth globally

  This position can be based in the NAM (in the eastern or central time zone) or EMEA region and is eligible for the Hybrid Working Model.

  You bring

• Minimum 8 years of experience (senior manager)/ 5 years of experience (manager) in Premix or Dietary Supplement commercial roles (marketing, product management and/or business development) required. Contract Manufacturing experience a plus

• Experience in working in complex science-based categories and across different regulatory and geography environments

• English language proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
