This position is based in Uppsala, where Thermo Fisher develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. As Manufacturing Operato, you will be an integral part of a world-class team, ensuring flawless production and assembly of allergy tests. What will you do?

  • Perform manufacturing tasks for allergy tests with strict adherence to process specifications.

  • Document work meticulously according to QSR requirements.

  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to improve our processes.

  • Ensure high-quality standards by following regulatory requirements in medical technology manufacturing.

  • Participate in two-shift work schedules: 6-14 (Mon-Fri) and 14-23 (Mon-Thurs) bi-weekly.

What will you need?

  • Minimum of three years of experience operating manufacturing machinery.

  • Solid understanding of technical, operational, and administrative methods.

  • Proven ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.

  • Experience with GMP, QSR, and ISO 13485 is advantageous.
