JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Evidence-to-Impact Collaborative (EIC), housed by the Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center and supported by the College of Health and Human Development and Social Science Research Institute is searching for a part-time team member who would have interest in working with the Research Translation Platform. Some areas of work for this position include: Coordinate the design, execution, and analysis of rapid-cycle optimization trials in line with the associated grant and in collaboration with implementation team. Mentor and manage assigned trainees to retain them and improve their experience (e.g., hold mentorship calls and provide resources, delegate appropriate tasks, lead overlap section of team project call). Provide statistical consulting support for RPC team, including staff and trainees, to help projects progress (e.g., checking code and output, reviewing analytic plans, fielding questions). Support data management on team projects to improve efficiency and reduce human-related errors (e.g., automating parts of the enrollment process). Initiate and manage partnerships with organizations with similar missions. Contribute to team products, such as manuscripts, grants, conferences, and process documents. With opportunities to occasionally lead conference submissions and manuscripts.
