We are looking for an Operations Director to oversee daily operations for our Proseal's UK manufacturing facilities. This role is based on-site where you will ensure that our operations run smoothly, meeting our standards for safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Reporting into our General Manager you'll develop and implement operational strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team of managers and staff to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities include: Strategic Planning and Execution Leadership and Team Management Operational Oversight Financial Management Quality and Safety Communication and Reporting Requirements for the role We would like 5 years experience in operations management from within manufacturing or technology. Experience leading large teams. Exposure to complex assembly within a design lead regulated or process industry. Experience with vertical integration. Practical working knowledge of low-cost economy sourcing and technology transfer. Experience working within a matrix management corporate structure. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficient in budgeting and financial management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in operations management software and tools. Travel & Location You will be site based however there will be international travel involved - up to 10% of the time. Why work at JBT ...
