DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Administrative Officer 1, you will perform a variety of administrative and technical duties to assist in the operations and management of the FCBHA office facilities. Your work will include ensuring privacy and confidentiality policies are followed, Developing and collaborating on procedures to ensure and maintain compliance with privacy, security, and other essential policies and requirements while managing the in-house safety program Representing FCBHA management in obtaining bids and specifications for needed equipment and major purchases or repairs as well as processing invoices and fulfilling other agency procurement needs. Coordinating schedules for conference rooms with internal and external groups, as well as the internal cleaning schedule. Maintaining gas cards and EZ-Passes for agency fleet vehicles and reporting all accidents to the county in a timely manner. Coordinating with Information Technology (IT) to meet the telecommunication needs of the organization, including telephone and voicemail systems, facsimile and mail equipment, copiers, and videoconference facility. Assisting and supervising other staff, attending meetings and trainings, and performing other related duties as required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Hiring preference for this vacancy may be given to candidates who live within Fayette County.
