Role reports to: Project Manager for the Essential Health Segment
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: $ 73,000 - 117,300

What you will do
The Project Management will be accountable of achieving project objectives, ensuring effective integration of new systems and technologies, meeting time and budget requirements, directing all project resources, and helping the business partner(s) realize the desired business goals for the project(s).

Key Responsibilities
The Project Management Professional will focus full time on project, program and portfolio management.
Provides advanced expertise in their area of responsibility through team leadership and business partnership. Leads multiple moderate size projects lasting.
Acts as a key resource on other larger projects and serves as a consultant with cross-functional team members (e.g., internal and external).
Works effectively leading a cross-functional team or as part of a team.
Independently troubleshoots more complex problems and suggests effective resolutions.
Selects tools and methodologies for projects, following compliance and company guidelines.
Leads the assessment of the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions and provides appropriate recommendations based on industry trends, internal benchmarking, and vendor relationships.
Balances between PM standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions. Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance activities as the need arises.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 4 years of related business/work experience required.
Expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques. Good working knowledge with all functions and services and possesses expertise within one or more SC areas or disciplines.
Solid understanding of critical project and program management considerations (i.e., risk, architectural, compliance, change, release, etc.), and ability to factor them into decisions and recommendations.
Understanding of the business impact of different solutions and the ability to assess the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, and costs.
Detailed understanding of business processes and data within and across areas.
Functions independently with limited work direction and escalates as appropriate. Provides work process reviews and provides balanced/constructive feedback.

Desired Qualifications
Cross functional experience, for example, but not limited to R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing or Finance preferred
Experience in a matrix team environment preferred
Experience working in a CPG company preferred
Knowledge of New Product Development and Life Cycle Management preferred

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $ 73,000 to $ 117,300
