Job Title: Blender Operator
Job Description
We are seeking diligent and reliable Blender Operators for our 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for regularly lifting and pouring 50-pound bags of raw materials into mixing tanks, closely following batch specifications, and meticulously documenting batch records.
Responsibilities
Lift and pour 50-pound bags of raw materials into mixing tanks.
Follow detailed specifications for each batch.
Document batch records accurately.
Perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential Skills
Experience in production or a fast-paced work environment (including restaurant, warehouse, or other goal-oriented work experience).
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Basic math skills.
Ability to follow batch recipes similar to following a baking recipe.
High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience (preferred but not required).

Work Environment
This role operates in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Blenders are required to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
