Legrand has a great opportunity for an Administrative Sales Service Supportperson to join our Fineliteteam located inUnion City, CAto help us advance the next generation of high performance, environmentally sustainable lighting solutions. We’re looking to you to provide superior customer service in a wide range of administrative responsibilities. You’ll report to and directly support the Director of Sales Administration

What Will You Do?

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the main backup for the company receptionist.

  • Manage a very busy multi-line phone system, answering all calls in a professional and efficient manner, taking accurate phone messages, and directing calls to appropriate contact.

  • Provide document photocopying, distribution and filing.

  • Maintain office supply inventory.

  • Assist with marketing events and factory visits.

  • Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office administrative experience answering a multi-line phone system, copying, filing and providing customer support.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and experience.

  • Strong independent judgment and ability to work independently.

  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities.

  • Computer proficiency with MS Office.

  • High personal integrity and a passion for quality customer service.
