Hyatt Sous Chef in ULUWATU, Indonesia

Description:

You will be responsible for all culinary dishes prepared in the western restaurant and banquet of the kitchen. As a Sous Chef you are knowledgeable of your area of expertise and of culinary functions in general. You take great pride in preparing meals of the highest quality for the enjoyment of guests. You are well organized and able to work in a high-pressure environment. You display leadership qualities and take the time to ensure that the chefs in your section are well trained in all aspects of the menu and safe food handling.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

· Culinary qualification

· Previous experience in high quality cuisine at Sous or Junior Sous Chef level

· A passion for great food!

· Leadership and communication skills

· Good knowledge of HACCP best practices

· Indonesian Citizen
