Our projects range from $50-200 million in revenue on jobsites ranging from 500-800,000 square feet, while managing 30-400 people. Seem like something you'd like to recruit? We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Technical Recruiter with extensive expertise recruiting electrical designers and engineers for these types of projects. This position reports to the Recruiting Manager for Engineering & Construction (E&C) Business Unit that reports into the Director of Talent Acquisition as part of the M.C. Dean Talent Acquisition service center. We, M.C. Dean, are working on some of the largest data center buildouts in the world. We're talking massive stuff. Really awesome projects. Interested?   • Location: Tysons, VA Onsite.

  • Travel: 25%.

  • Work Authorization: U.S. Work Authorization.

  • Work Type: Full-Time.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, woo, and hire electrical designers and engineers, and other critical roles.

  • Follow OFCCP compliant talent acquisition processes.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify, define and understand staffing needs.

  • Utilize a mix of targeted, creative sourcing methods.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring a consistent pool of talent for current and future openings.

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the talent acquisition process.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance recruitment tactics.

  • Attend events targeted at recruiting construction leaders.

  • Operate as a good teammate to fellow adjacent recruiting peers.

  • Lead by example by modeling integrity, grit, empathy, growth, and organization.

  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years recruiting experience with a bachelor’s in business or related field.

  • Experience recruiting electrical designers and engineers is top priority.

  • Experience within the electrical construction or related industry is a must.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge in creating reports and analytics either ad hoc or from the data systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS).

  • Strong proficiency with utilizing Excel to create pivot tables and analyze results and forecasts. We cannot train someone on Excel. Reporting is a major part of the role.

  • Firm understanding of compliance in the recruiting process (OFCCP, FLSA).

  • Strong working knowledge with a company-wide recruitment database system, applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management (CRMs), internet, HRIS system, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • A background with a staffing company or military recruiting.

  • Flexibility: able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and organization to achieve team objectives.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Effective teammates elevate others around themselves by teaching, communicating and helping. -Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision.
