Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused Settings!

Position Highlights:

  • Position may be eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus!

  • Position may be eligible for a $1,500 to $2,500 relocation bonus!

  • Student Loan Repayment: This RN position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

    Job Summary

  • The ability to provide care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with your team.

    Education & Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.

  • Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire.

  • Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) with Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within one year of hire.

    Work Schedule

  • 48 hours/2 weeks

  • Day/Night shift

  • Every third weekend

  • Every third holiday
