The University of Texas at Dallas has an excellent job opportunity for individuals looking to join our team as an Administrative Assistant II in the Jindal School of Management.
This position will be responsible for providing administrative and editorial support for a distinguished professor in the Jindal School of Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and five years of office administration or project management experience including two years at an Administrative Assistant I level or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (particularly Word and Excel); experience with Adobe Dreamweaver (or a comparable HTML editor). Prior experience with LaTeX, MathType, Mathematica, and/or Matlab will be a huge plus. Training provided for right candidate.
