Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

• Enter part sales orders and pull orders for counter pickup

• Update Sales Report

• Answer phones & assist customers with parts questions/placing orders

• Determine parts needed for service based on technician's recommendation

• Monitor and control inventory using computer program

Available shifts:

Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day)

Hours will be from 7am-3:30pm M-F.

Job requirements:

• 6 months of counter/retail sales needed

• Rubber Industry knowledge helpful, but not required

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

• Basic computer skills and good math skills

• Background check and drug screening required
