Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Twentynine Palms, California. This role involves a wide range of accounting functions including processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, and performing reconciliations. The successful candidate will also be adept in using accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Maintain and update the general ledger.

• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare and record journal entries as required.

• Adhere to US GAAP in all accounting practices.

• Utilize accounting software systems efficiently for all tasks.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics related to accounting.

• Ensure all debits and credits are accurately recorded and managed.

• Handle customer inquiries related to accounting functions. Requirements • Must possess at least 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary

• Comprehensive understanding and experience with Accounting Functions is essential

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory

• Familiarity with General Ledger management is needed

• Experience in making Journal Entries is required

• Must be able to perform Reconciliations effectively

• Knowledge of US GAAP is necessary

• Experience in Logistics is a plus

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
