Stryker Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Process Engineering in Tuttlingen, Germany

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of our international AO Advanced Operations Team, managing projects and stakeholders while ensuring technical assessments and successful project delivery within timelines, quality standards, and budget.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMO, R&D, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, Finance) for project implementation and scope definition.

  • Partner with Divisional PMO to manage design transfer activities and ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

  • Lead new product, process, and technology implementation initiatives, managing budgets and resources.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, report progress, and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.

  • Drive Design for Manufacturability processes and integrate new processes with Manufacturing Operations.

  • Identify and manage project risks while fostering an inclusive team environment that promotes diverse perspectives.

What you will need:

  • You haven an advanced degree in (medical) engineering, computer science, natural sciences or in an equivalent field of studies.

  • You have several years of experience in a technical role as engineer.

  • Furthermore, you have experience in managing projects, ideally in a regulated environment with proven success.

  • You are familiar with project management tools and techniques to initiate, plan, execute and monitor your projects through their lifetime.

  • You enjoy managing, motivating and inspiring cross-functional project teams.

  • Your great communication skills in English and German enable you to interact easily in an innovative, international and intercultural environment. You are able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
