Boehringer Ingelheim Regional Project Manager Specialty - Toscana in Tuscany, Italy

THE POSITION

As Regional Project Manager (in-Field Marketing), you will be part of a respiratory marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Team Leader. You will be responsible for:

  • Translating and implementing appropriate strategies and integrated customer-centric brand plans to achieve the business objective within the territory assigned to the respiratory area

  • Ensure an excellent customer experience in collaboration with cross-functional territorial colleagues (Representatives/DM/Kam/MSL)

  • Translating customer needs into new cross-functional projects and leveraging them for the development of partnerships

  • Ensure alignment and synergies between the national strategy and specific territorial priorities and ensure awareness of customer needs to the national cross-functional team

There will be opportunity to work with an exciting established brand which has seen immense transformation over the last years and the launch of new brand in respiratory area

In the role you will be involved in leading the implementation of different projects, localisation of global materials and contribute to create multichannel campaign. You will be involved a lot of cross-functional work and it is key to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders including key opinion leaders.

You will be part of a cross-functional brand team national and local, including best practice sharing with peers and developing relationships with cross-functional teams. There will also be a series of leadership opportunities for various related projects, large face to face congresses and co-creation with global.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Understand the real life customer flow and collaborate with the franchise team to unlock the full potential of the market

  • Explore, propose and ensure the implementation of value-added solutions for our Customers, designed through close collaboration with our Stakeholders and Top Opinion Leaders, leveraging feedback from Customer Functions, Platforms and Technologies, maximizing the use of data

  • Lead the entire process of gathering and analyzing local customer/competitor information to advise the office-based cross-functional team and inspire value-added projects for clients

  • Collaborate with brand managers, the medical department in the development and maintenance of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for the products under his/her responsibility and territory area

  • Participate to the definition of the integrated project plans in terms of investments and relevant activities for the respiratory brands local and national

  • Develop and implement the activities necessary for the launch of new products

  • Monitoring of brand performance, customer interactions, and other key performance indicators of the assigned territory

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Digital Marketing, Marketing or Scientific Degree

  • Experience in respiratory or rheumatology therapeutic area preferred

  • Business and marketing acumen
