Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Applications Manager role. This role is pivotal in the IT sector, focusing on managing and developing business systems such as ERP, HRIS Platform, CRM, SharePoint, and others. You will be responsible for strategizing technical solutions, managing application vendors, and overseeing SOX IT General Controls.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Candidates must be local to Pittsburgh as this is an on-site role. W-2 candidates only. No C2C contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Align technology with business needs, bridging the gap between IT and business units.

• Take charge of administering SharePoint in O365 and guiding standardized layouts.

• Manage a team that supports critical business systems.

• Define strategies for integrating new enterprise applications and creating support structures.

• Lead internal projects and coordinate actively with IT Management.

• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, managing platforms accordingly.

• Oversee data integration services between internal and hosted applications.

• Provide ownership and expertise for SOX IT General Controls.

• Utilize your skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, API Development, Application Development, ASP.NET, Salesforce Development, and NetSuite Development.

Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and strategies.

• Extensive understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP solutions.

• Proven experience with AB Testing methods and tools.

• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies for streamlined project management.

• Strong skills in API Development for seamless software integration.

• Solid experience in Application Development, specifically in a managerial role.

• Proficiency in ASP.NET for building robust applications.

• Experience in Salesforce Development for CRM solutions.
