The impact you have in this role
As a Payroll Controller (m/f/*) for Turkey, you will have an opportunity to fully apply your payroll knowledge and skills as well as an opportunity to collaborate partner with team members around the world. Here's how to make an impact:
Delivering Payroll Services in compliance with Turkish regulations and labor law.
Collaborating with payroll provider to address and resolve payroll issues.
Working closely with HR teams for other payroll-related tasks.
Analyzing and resolving employee inquiries regarding payroll.
Ensuring adherence to laws and regulations and aligning processes with Global payroll strategy.
Maintaining data integrity in HR/Payroll systems
Additional tasks may include:
Administering other benefit plans.
Providing time and absence support.
Calculating termination packages.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
University Degree
Minimum 2 years Turkish Payroll operations experience
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced level of Excel knowledge
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
Strong system aptitude
Strong planning and organizational skills with an analytical and result oriented approach
Customer Service Skills
Prioritization skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work Independently/Confidentially
Team Player
Location: Turkey
Working type: Work Your Way (Hybrid/Remote)
