Materials Application Engineer - Painting Processes
Job location: Turin area
The selected resource, assigned to a well-structured Engineering Support office dealing with Aero Engines domain, will be in charge for activities related to production support.
Specifically, the selected resource shall contribute to validation of materials and processes, definition of technical specifications and failure analysis/investigation on damaged and/or non-conforming components, partnering with other Departments (i. e. Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain etc) and directly interfacing with suppliers.
Qualification Requirements:
Materials/Nanotechnology/ Engineering Master Degree or similar background;
Broad knowledge about materials (metallic, ceramic, composite, polymeric etc) and experience on characterization tests;
Good knowledge of production processes applied to steels and light alloys, with focus on painting processes;
Experience with international standards is considered a plus;
Proficiency in English;
Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
