Mission

The Account Executive’s primary duty is the management of current customers. Directly responsible for servicing all existing business relationships, securing the renewal of all existing subscriptions as well as selling upgrades and additional products. Generating prospects for new sales and implementing and directing a growth plan for own territory and assigned market

Responsibilities

  • Actively consult with customers to ensure their needs are being met

  • Actively perform both customer service and direct selling, through telephone and email

  • Prepare and provide renewal and new product quotes to customers and prospects

  • Perform timely follow up

  • Prepare reports and update the customer relationship management (CRM)

  • Enter orders in the system and constantly monitor sales trends and quotas

  • Actively participate in forming and implementing marketing strategies for own territory

  • Support and work with team members to deliver maximum sales results

  • Achieve an expert level of knowledge of the company's products and services

  • Achieve an annual sales growth quota assigned by Sales Top Management

  • Occasional customer visits

Requirements

  • Fluency in English spoken and written

  • 4+ years sales experience and B2B customer care and development

  • Work experience in a multinational context

  • Ability to make first time (cold) calls and to manage customer accounts

  • Management of the basics of consultative selling

  • Commercial acumen

  • Ability to build up relationships with customers

  • Ability to work independently, as well as in team with open cooperation attitude

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and work under pressure

  • Analytical skills and strong accuracy
