This is a job for a Material Handler with a company located in the Tupelo, MS area.

Job Summary: Responsible for loading/unloading trucks, put away product, and movement of product to and from the production floor. Ability to operate Fork/Clamp Trucks and enter data in the ERP system A/R. Adheres to company standards of safety and quality, while maintaining efficiency and timeliness.

Responsibilities: Support, demonstrate and promote Pregis' core values: integrity, collaboration, customer focus and innovation. Adheres to the highest standards of company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations including all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Housekeeping throughout assigned shift to ensure an orderly and safe environment. Physical and visual inspection of products is required to prevent non-conforming goods. Promptly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members. Ability to operate Fork/Clamp Trucks. Ability to lift and stack product above shoulder height on warehouse/production floor and out bound trailers. Assists to maintain a safe, well organized, FIFO (first in, first out) controlled warehouse. Unloading and putting away incoming materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attend meetings and completes safety trainings as required. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred. Ability to take coaching well and communicate respectfully with others to ensure a positive teamwork culture. Ability to communicate with team effectively and respectfully, and during shift transition. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement culture.
