Methodist Senior Services Director of Retirement (Independent) Living in Tupelo, Mississippi
Job Description
The Director of Retirement Living is responsible for the daily operations of Independent Living. Duties include but are not limited to: budget preparation and compliance; planning and implementation of resident services; marketing and leasing of units; coordination of dietary, maintenance, housekeeping, activities and chaplain services and other duties as directed by supervisor. Must prepare and present board reports.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in an appropriate field of study. 5 years of experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
At least three years experience in a supervisory capacity, with some experience in housing management, administration and/or social services; basic computer skills; must be able to communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of the organization; experience with budget preparation, strategic planning and personnel management preferred; experience in accepted accounting practices beneficial.
