Cadence Bank Branch Quality Control Analyst - BRANC002530 in Tupelo, Mississippi

This position is for a (Branch Quality Control Analyst) located in Tupelo, MS.

Summary: The Branch Quality Control Analyst will work closely with management and other team members to provide technical and analytical support to ensure the branches are in compliance with all established policies, procedures, and internal controls.  

Duties and Responsibilities:  Perform reviews on documentation submitted by the branches for testing to ensure branches are complying with established internal controls, policies and procedures. Understand and ensure compliance with the Branch Quality Control procedures. Communicate and work with Branch Personnel, Branch Operations Managers, Retail Managers, or others to ensure procedures are understood. Communicate effectively with other team member(s) and Manager on results of reviews. Provide recommendations to enhance policies and procedures and the internal controls of a branch function as identified in testing. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Job Specifications or Qualifications: Two year college education with at least one to two years in banking, or equivalent business related experience. Working knowledge of branch operations and procedures. Working knowledge of account opening procedures. Working knowledge of the teller system. Proficient computer skills. Strong oral and written communication. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Good Interpersonal skills.
