We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our team!

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and working with a diverse range of technology that flows through our warehouse. As a Lead Technician, you'll be responsible for testing, disassembling, and troubleshooting computers and other electronics, ensuring they meet our high standards.

You'll also have the opportunity to assist in leading a dynamic team while overseeing quality control tasks to guarantee that every product is ready for the next step.

Responsibilities:

  • Testing, updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing high volumes of hardware.

  • Removing/adding RAM.

  • Take stock and inventory of hardware and parts.

  • Navigate the BIOS on all laptop and desktop computers.

  • Inventory control and quality control.

  • Processing to appropriate storage location.

  • Providing documentation.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of computer components

  • Professional experience troubleshooting and repairing computers is a PLUS, but not required

  • Ability to work in a fast past environment.

  • Ability to work in a team environment to meet requirements for production and quality.

  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to stay organized and desire to solve problems efficiently.

  • Knowledge of electronic parts understanding and sourcing.

  • Knowledge of All-In-One computers would be helpful.

  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 Ibs.

Reasonably expected salary range: $50,100.00 - $62,600.00
