We are looking for a Test Engineer. This is a Direct hire opportunity based out of Tulsa, OK (Onsite).
Qualifications:
Meet all the KSA's of Test Engineer
Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles.
Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in technical writing, and good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical.
Able to read and interpret engineer drawings.
Prior experience with an ISO environment is a plus.
Demonstrated analytical expertise including the ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities.
Understanding of DOE, 6-sigma, and Lean Manufacturing is desired.
Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Projects.
Ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes, together with work measurement and standards.
Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:
BSEE or BSEET degree from an accredited school.
2-4 years’ of experience designing and building functional test stations for circuit cards.
Experience with NI TestStand, LabVIEW, or Intepro Test Executive preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff.
Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluation of products.
Develop testing procedures.
Perform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilities.
Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures.
Create assembly instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and drawings.
Adhere to the General Requirements of Team Members.
Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
Perform other assignments as required.
Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $95,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
