Talent Support Specialist (Temp-to-Hire) – Oil & Gas Industry

Location: Tulsa, OK (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour (with a raise upon conversion)

Overview:

Robert Half is seeking a Talent Support Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with an oil and gas client in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for facilitating the staffing workflow, ensuring timely processing of new hire documentation, and providing an exceptional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage various stages of the staffing workflow, ensuring timely processing of multiple case files.

• Utilize Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules to generate offer letters and manage pre-employment processes.

• Initiate and monitor background investigations, medical/drug screenings, and coordinate results with HR and legal teams.

• Ensure accuracy of PeopleSoft new hire data form coding and verify payroll documentation.

• Maintain and update staffing components within the SharePoint team site.

• Provide clear and professional communication to new hires and internal HR teams, addressing any concerns proactively.

• Support relocation processes when necessary.

• Identify process improvements and optimize workflows as new Taleo Onboarding activities are introduced.

• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR or onboarding processes required.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
