Job Profile Summary

Supervises activities related to the company's Supply Chain operations which may include market intelligence, sourcing, procurement, negotiations, contracting, supplier management, transactional excellence and materials management.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach and mentor team of Supply Chain professionals to ensure continuous development, accountability, value creation and best in class performance

  • Oversight team's goals that support the strategic direction of the company

  • Implement and monitor performance goals and objectives. Work with direct reports to set goals, measure results, and ensure that targets are achieved

  • Support fit for purpose work standards across team and ensure standards are upheld

  • Support and initiate development of policy recommendations and implement procedures consistent with established strategies

  • Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and potentially lead implementation of key initiatives

  • Provide guidance, training and/or coaching to execute purposeful Supply Chain practices including:

  • Profiling spends

  • Managing strategic suppliers

  • Developing category strategies

  • Performing fit for purpose sourcing and negotiations

  • Managing key suppliers

  • Effectively manage materials

  • Oversee high value/high priority sourcing and/or negotiation events

  • Identify key stakeholders, develop relationships that drive alignment with performance plans and ensure expectations and service levels are met

  • Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, accountability, transparency, integrity, and unwavering customer service


  • Bachelor's Degree in a closely related discipline or related formal education and the following job-related experience:

Work Experience

  • 7 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or other relevant functional experience preferred

  • 3 years prior supervisory experience preferred

  • Experience mentoring and training

Expected Salary Range

$86,000.00 - $128,000.00
