System One is working with a local corporation seeking qualified Payroll Specialists. If you are seeking a team-centered, friendly, and upbeat work environment, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll, garnishments, and assist with in- and out-of-state payroll tax calculations

• Process expense reimbursements and W-2's

• Perform data entry related to W-4's

• Complete direct deposit processing as well as pay card processing

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience processing payroll for a large company

• Experience working in timekeeping systems including ADP, Lawson, and Kronos is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or accounting is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel, a must

• Must have positive attitude, be dependable, and able to work full-time hours
