Title Field Service Tech\ Location: Tulsa, OK (located at the Tulsa International Airport)\ Pay: \$28 per hour\ Contract: 6 months, possible to extend/convert to perm\ \ To apply please email your resume to[emailprotected]\ JOB DESCRIPTION:\ This tech is responsible for performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Conducts on-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order. Isolates equipment start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action. Prepares daily logs and reports work performed. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employees job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee.)\ SCOPE:\ Performs predetermined work assignments with detailed instructions. Follows established guidelines, procedures and policies.\ PROBLEM COMPLEXITY:\ Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.\ IMPACT:\ Contributions are usually limited to assignment related activities.\ LIAISON:\ Interacts daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers.\ FREEDOM TO ACT: Work is closely managed. Follows specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.\ LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY: Ability to use common sense to carry out basic instructions and activities.\ TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school education or equivalent and to 4 years of related experience.
