Facility Maintenance Pay:\$20-25/hr. Hours:Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM Job Type:Temp-Hire Location:Tulsa, Oklahoma Benefits:2 weeks PTO, 4% dollar for dollar 401K match, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Climate controlled facility! Job Description: Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Maintain and repair facilities and equipment including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and longevity. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed. Required Skills/ Experience: Must have electrical experience. (1 year minimum) Must have a valid driver\'s license. Safety sensitive must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen. Detail orientated.
