Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Tullytown, Pennsylvania

Description An internationally recognized manufacturer in Bristol PA is in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their order department. This is a possible temporary to hire opportunity and will start immediately. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a link between the company and its customers, providing product/service information, managing product orders, and solving emerging problems our customers may face with precision and promptness. Work hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday and is 100% on-site.

The ideal CSR candidate is enthusiastic about providing top-of-the-line service. They are patient and empathetic, able to communicate effectively and comfortable handling phone calls. They show genuine interest in resolving customer issues, and wouldn't hesitate to assume their customers' perspective, actively advocating for them when necessary. They also view customer feedback as invaluable, show exceptional problem-solving skills, confident in troubleshooting and proactively seek more information when needed to solve customer complaints.

Job Responsibilities: • Manage Order Entry: Gather and process purchase orders via email, phone through an ERP system. • Interact with customers pleasantly and professionally. • Handle customer complaints professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments for solutions. • Cultivate sustainable relationships and earn customer trust through open and interactive communication. • Provide accurate, full and valid information using the right tools. • Keep customer interactions records, process customer accounts and keep digital files organized. • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies. • Go the extra mile to engage customers. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: • Verifiable customer support experience or have worked as a client service representative. • A record of consistently surpassing quota. • Excellent phone handling skills and an active listener. • Can adapt/respond to varied characters with a customer-oriented perspective. • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound outbound calls in a call center setting.

• Demonstrable customer service skills with prior experience in a customer-facing role.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring professional and timely communication with customers.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.

• Experience in order entry, accurately processing customer orders in a timely manner.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Strong problem-solving skills, able to address customer issues and queries effectively.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage various tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
