Northwest Farm Credit Services Relationship Manager in Tulare, California

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of a Relationship Manager l, ll, or lll to join our Credit Resolution department in Tulare, California. Candidates located near our Bakersfield, Templeton, or Tempe branch locations may be considered. This full-time position reports to the SVP, Credit Resolution and works with internal lenders and member-borrowers whose accounts need extra support, restructuring and/or collection. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position is: Level I: $63,000 - $109,000; bonus at target is 12% of salary Level II: $69,000 - $137,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary Level III: $85,000 - $173,000; bonus at target is 20% of salary Geographic zone A, B, or C and salary will be determined based on location Job Requirements Assist in the rehabilitation and collection of credits in the Credit Resolution portfolio of adversely graded loans and non-ledger assets in the most timely and cost-effective manner. Provide guidance to organization staff in dealing with deteriorating credits, drafting agreements and borrower written communications. Exercise credit risk assessment and management on loans within area of responsibility. Conduct and complete complex credit analysis while continuing to develop knowledge of credit and financing alternatives for both standard and complex credits. Develop and maintain a significant professional presence throughout the assigned territory.
