salary: $20 - $20.81 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 2 PM

Responsibilities

• 75% in the Micro Lab, primary responsibility to assure all micro plating is completed properly using GLP, incubated correctly, timely, read on time, and reported accurately and correctly. Communicate any out of specification findings immediately to Quality Manager.

• Maintain ICP for Micro lab, analytical lab, and mix testing equipment.

• Assist as needed by Hygienist with preparation of swabs, test kits, and associated materials / documents

• Complete online sensory at required intervals as needed

• To complete the paperwork at the required intervals, legibly and accurately

• To report all non-conformances to QA manager, shift managers as needed

• Ensure you have reported to the manager non-conformances, complete and signs the relevant paperwork with a corrective action and a preventative action as required.

• Keep yourself aware of the production plan, be aware of changes to the plan and plan your daily routine to incorporate product changeovers

• Make sure that the product is always conforming to customer, licensors, and Froneri specification

• Ensure that your working practices and area comply with company rules, procedures in order that food safety is not compromised, keeping work areas clean and tidy

• Verify all required samples in line with the QC sampling Guide

• You will follow correct escalation procedure where issues are not getting resolved: Line manager - Shift manager - Production manager - Operations manager

• Other duties as assigned
