Job Description The Part Mark Operator sets up and operates machines to park mark and package work pieces to specification. Duties & Responsibilities Performs basic operation of equipment to produce to rate and meet quality standards. Sets up and operates video jet and electro-etch machines to mark parts. Sets up and operates auto-bagger machines, uses a digital scale, treats, and packages parts for proper storage. Monitors machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary; stop machines when problems occur. Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly workstation and performs basic machine upkeep. May perform lubing, clipping, or small part assembly as needed. Other duties as required. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of related experience. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments Effectively communicate technical and other information orally, and in writing. Attention to detail. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.
