Description
In this position, you will be in charge of preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flow, creating budgets and forecasts, and preparing audits, as well as managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Candidates will need excellent analytical skills and an ability to keep up in a fast-paced workspace. In addition to excellent compensation and benefits, the company offers the opporunity to advance.
How you will make an impact
Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Commitment to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Participate in various department-wide initiatives
When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests
Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external

Requirements
Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
Skilled at time management
3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
BA/BS in Accounting
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued
Vow to meet business deadlines
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Solid understanding of GAAP Accounting
Proficient in ERP systems
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
