Employer Job Title:Social & Reputation Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Plan, develop, monitor and report social media content across company channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) that align with JCATs social media strategy.
  2. Organize the ongoing social media editorial calendar which includes writing engaging and custom copy and creating/incorporating compelling multimedia for each channel.
  3. Create, execute and report on organic campaigns and paid campaigns that target intended audiences, comply with all manufacturer brand standards, and deliver a compelling story that achieves desired objectives.
  4. Oversee day-to-day management of mentions, direct messages, comments, reviews and curation of timely automotive industry content to engage with and/or share across all social media channels.
  5. Assist with creation and manage YouTube channel content and optimize videos for optimal elevation, viewer traffic and engagement, including the integration of keywords for optimal search engine optimization (SEO).
  6. Monitor and manage multiple online and social review properties including, but not limited to Google, Yelp, Facebook.
  7. Be able to understand and optimize a reputation management software program (ie: Reputation.com, Podium, Capterra)
  8. Analyze channel engagement performance and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide ongoing reports of social media analytics and identify action areas for improvement.
  9. Contact dealerships on a weekly basis to discuss recent changes and updates.
  10. Work on-site at multiple locations regularly to assist team members in social media utilization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Online/Social Reputation Management experience of at least 1 year
  2. Online listing Management experience
  3. 2 or more years of relevant experience recommended.
  4. Extensive experience in social media management, specifically across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn.
