Learn It Systems Senior Behavior Specialist (FT SBS) in Tucson, Arizona
One of the most well-known and respected ABA agencies in the country, Autism Spectrum Therapies, is now looking for Sr Behavior Specialist to join our team. Senior Behavior Specialists have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment and have made significant progress toward receiving their certification, licensure and credentialing. They provide treatment by protocol using best practices in ABA under the direction of a Behavior Analyst with high independence and technical skills given their experience. They also assist Behavior Analysts in supervising cases and providing protocol modification, while accruing hours toward their certification and building skills in preparation to become a Behavior Analyst.

Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as needed
Provide clinical direction to technicians as needed
Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming
Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non-billable activities
Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Master’s Degree or higher
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within 12 months of obtaining a Masters
Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds, and move quickly, according to client needs. It is necessary to be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run. Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time.
