INTAKE NURSE - Tucson, AZ - ONSITE - PERMANENT POSITION - EXCELLENT BENEFITS

MUST HAVE:

• Unencumbered AZ RN Licensure

Responsibilities:

• Take and record patient pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and administer finger stick, and first aid as needed.

• Entering patient information into information system, as well as investigating post donation information.

• Managing, evaluating, and reporting patient reaction(s).

• Communicate with collaborating supervisors and specialist's regarding patient care.

• Maintaining accurate patient medical records.

• Provides support and education to patients around their medical needs.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with medical software and equipment.

• Must be flexible with shifts (rotating schedule with weekends and evenings, but no overnights !)

• Exceptional team player mindset

• Must have unencumbered AZ license (or compact)

Pay: $31 - $35/hr.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $35.00 per hour
