Job Summary:

Raytheon's Non-Product Capital, Test & Factory Modernization Procurement team is seeking a temporary Procurement Analyst to manage non-product capital Factory & Test modernization procurements in support of internal and customer requirements. The successful candidate will procure non-production goods and services in support of Raytheon business units. The ideal candidate will have experience with non-product procurement, sourcing, execution. This includes terms and conditions negotiations, supplier management, price analysis, proposal support and compliance aspects of supply chain management. Additionally, the candidate will have experience influencing suppliers and their performance while servicing business customers to a high level of service excellence. This position will be onsite in Tucson, AZ, Andover, MA, or McKinney, TX.

What You Will Do

  • Obtaining Proposal/Quotation activities from prospective subcontractors and employing various techniques to analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability.

  • Evaluating, identifying, and selecting suppliers and business partners.

  • Supplier negotiations (price, schedules, terms & conditions)

  • Conduct investigations to ensure ability to perform within cost and schedule.

  • Monitoring and reporting cost, schedule and status of suppliers and recommends or implements corrective action as necessary.

  • Managing suppliers and Purchase Orders (PO) from creation through delivery

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience.

  • Experience with purchase order management and negotiations with external suppliers.

  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as space, aviation, power generation

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Proficiency within Raytheon Prism and Enterprise purchase order and agreement documentation (EPAD) procedures.

  • Experience with Government contracts, processes, and procedures.

  • Experience with proposals and understanding of all phases of sourcing, procurement execution to include price negotiation reductions and terms and conditions.

  • Experience interfacing with senior management on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives.

  • Experience with Price Cost Analysis

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (excel, Word, Power Point)
