Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily bookkeeping activities, including timely recording of transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.

• Execute monthly reconciliations, budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.

• Generate financial statements for revenue tracking and strategic decision making.

• Maintain a transparent records system and uphold best practices in financial management.

• Assist with year-end procedures, including tax preparation and audit facilitation.

• Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure efficient financial operations.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online highly preferred

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.

• Comprehensive knowledge in payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
