Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Facility maintenance technician will be responsible for general repair of the building envelope. They will be responsible for plumbing repairs, drywall, mechanical, electrical, maintaining a fleet of scissor lifts and forklifts. They will have regular preventative maintenance (PMs) to complete while also tackling the day-to-day maintenance needs.

Hard Skills

• Bilingual: Must be bilingual with Spanish and English.

• Electrical: Ability to troubleshoot and repair low voltage up to 480v.

• Plumbing: Extensive experience with sinks, drains, faucets, and other fixtures.

• HVAC: Ability to perform minor repairs on HVAC units that do not require a universal certification.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tucson, Arizona.
