Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Deal Processor in Tucson, Arizona. This role is primarily based in the customer service industry and will involve tasks such as handling phone calls, ensuring a positive customer experience, and providing clerical support.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming customer calls and inquiries responsibly

• Assisting with administrative duties as needed

• Ensuring a positive first impression for all customers

• Providing clerical support to the team

• Monitoring and updating customer accounts as necessary

• Processing customer applications efficiently

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

• Resolving customer issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Actively showcasing the potential for career opportunities within the organization

• Upholding detail-oriented attire and presentation standards at all times. Requirements • Proven experience in a role involving Receptionist Duties, such as managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining an organized front desk.

• Previous work history demonstrating strong Administrative Assistance skills, including managing schedules, organizing paperwork, and maintaining databases.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective correspondence with clients and team members.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
